The EZs in the Ipswich area are four
of 10 sites which form New Anglia
LEP’s ‘Space to Innovate’ Enterprise
Zones. The zones offer incentives to
encourage businesses to relocate,
grow and create more jobs in the
local economy. In the 25-year lifetime
of the zones, 18,500 new jobs will
be created, including 5,000 by 2021.
The Enterprise

Futura Business Park
– a 10-hectare
site to the east of the town served by
new infrastructure and close links to
the A14;

Waterfront is one of the most desirable

and cafes, a thriving marina as well as
Enterprise Zones
These zones, established by the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership,
offer considerable business benefits to businesses, including business
rate discounts of up to £275,000 over five years, simplified planning and
access to superfast broadband.
